Carmenza Snider of LPT Realty based in Fort Lauderdale, has been in the business for 5 years. Originally an Interior Designer . After trying to sell her home by  herself, before moving to Fl. She realized that she wanted a career that was connected to her previous career.
Carmen feels fortunate to have discovered a career that complimented her love for homes , design and all the details pertaining to  working in real estate that aligns her personal and professional values; working with referral means that she focuses on her clients and their needs with a long term perspective, helping clients with real estate issues or questions whenever and wherever they arise. More over she views her self not just as a realtor but as adviser, helping clients not only to buy or sell but to strategize towards long-term investment and wealth building with real estate.
When she is not working in Real Estate, Carmen enjoys teaching and taking pilates lessons. She’s an avid fitness practitioner , feels that being fit has given her a lot strength to keep focus and keep better control of her every day challenges.
She also loves spending time with her family and friends.
